In the shamanic tradition, the earth, land and nature have a feminine soul because they give life; they nurture and sustain the growth of plants and animals. The poor and depleted condition of the planet today, originates from the exclusion and supression of the feminine element.
This picture is a celebration of the feminine. This energy does not rely on an outside Goddess, she is the Goddess. She is of the same substance of the elements, the stars, trees and animals. She knows that Spirit is everywhere and in everything, from the brightest stars revolving in the sky to the smallest fish swimming in the ocean.
